Shannon & Kevin’s engagement session
Shannon and Kevin were a blast to photograph… What a cool and fun couple (I know I say this a lot but my clients are the best!). I can’t wait for their wedding next month.

This is the view from my hotel room… Shot using my Leica M8 and 28/2 ASPH lens
I shot this image of my son on Saturday while we were waiting for dinner… He is a huge fan of Thomas.

Another site/blog update and a teaser…
While I am still working with the designers on my new site and blog, I don’t want to disappoint my blog readers (BTW, thanks for all your kind emails eagerly anticipating the new stuff). I will continue posting small teasers of my recent work in the interim and once the new blog goes live, I will post the rest of my unpublished work.
This image is from Nicole and Ryan’s recent engagement session… Enjoy!

On my way to Paris… and other updates
I will kick off 2008 shooting one of my many amazing clients in Paris and I’m looking forward to a great year. This will be my last post on this blog as I will roll out a brand new site and blog upon my return from Europe… Stay tuned!
Happy New Year!!!
Paige & Paul know how to have fun. I had a blast doing their engagement session and I’m looking forward to their wedding in a few weeks.
They just finished building their new house and told me that some of the walls were left empty since they wanted to hang some of my work on them… I am very thankful and humbled by their comments.

Carla and Michael - the engagement
As always, I had a blast doing Carla and Michael’s engagement session.
In the spirit of Halloween we stopped by a cemetery…

Love the eye contact!

I was looking forward to Melissa and J.P.’s wedding since they are a really cool couple. They proved me right since it rained most of the day, but that did not dampen their celebration.

Anticipation…

This is one of my favorite images of the day… I love the contrasting expression of Melissa and everyone else around her… What’s a drop of rain or two when you are about to walk down the aisle?

J.P. breaks down after seeing Melissa… I am so lucky to be able to share moments like this with my clients

…and Melissa’s turn…

Another touching moment, this time between father and son

The reception had amazing details throughout…

As you can see, they know how to party…

Of course, it’s not a party without a great band

Frisky…
